Vin de France Pinot gris Pascal Aufranc

Description

White
Fresh & Fruity
This wine is my touch of whimsy. Eager for new experiences, I wanted to produce a white wine. A white wine, yes, but I set myself a challenge: to vinify a different grape variety. Among the white grape varieties that could thrive in Beaujolais, I was drawn to Pinot Gris, which gives the wines aroma and structure, much like the reds. Pinot Gris originates from Burgundy, and I chose to plant it on the clay soils of Juliénas. My grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted.
