A BRONZE MEDAL FOR THE MORGON « COTE DU PY » 2014 DOMAINE LAURENT GAUTHIER

THE MORGON « COTE DU PY » 2014 DOMAINE LAURENT GAUTHIER got rewarded with a Bronze Medal at the Contest of Vignerons Independants in France.

It’s is a beautiful terroir driven wine, with old Gamay vines (75 year old!) growing on a blue schist soil giving to the wine a lot of smokiness and minerality. Characterized with cherry and stone fruit notes with some white pepper spices, this wine can age as long as a Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
