PASCAL AUFRANC : ESSENTIAL !

In the Beaujolais Aujourd’hui issued on May 2015, the wine critics Christophe TUPINIER is tasting and describing a selection of Beaujolais Crus 2013. Pascal AUFRANC obtained a 18.5/20 for his CHENAS Vignes de 1939 and 18/20 for his JULIENAS Probus which are two wonderful wines presenting an exceptional capacity for aging and cellaring.

17/20 for the MORGON Cote du Py Domaine Laurent GAUTHIER, 16.5/20 for the FLEURIE Les Roches Lucien LARDY and 15/20 for his Moulin a Vent Les Thorins. The winemaker Robert PERROUD stand apart with a 17.5/20 for his Cote de Brouilly La Fournaise du Perou and 17/20 for his Brouilly Enfer des Balloquets. The Julienas Les Cerisiers of Pascal AUFRANC got a 15/20.

According to Christophe TUPINIER, 2013 is a great year with a potential for cellaring several years.
