Rosé
Produced from the same plots as the red Côteaux du Lyonnais, it is one of the largest granitic arenas (soil found on Moulin-à-Vent and Fleurie) with the particularity that on the appellation, it is the the only one to have this type of soil. Small anecdote, the vines are the feet in the metropolis. Far from being a lover of rosé, Franck wanted to take up the challenge because he was convinced that his grapes had the necessary potential to make rosé: beautiful fruitiness and low acidity. Challenge met since he has a very demanding clientele.
