Loving our profession and attentive to every detail, we give our best to produce high quality wines. We favor manual harvesting, followed by carbonic maceration in keeping with Beaujolais tradition. We take particular care to vinify each vat according to the typicality of its terroir. Our vines are located in 5 municipalities with different terroirs, allowing us to produce cuvées with various aromatic richness.
