The "Clos du Château" is a parcel selection on schist soils, a terroir which gives this cuvée a very singular expression of Gamay noir à jus blanc. Le Clos takes its name from Château Lassalle built by the Lassalle family in the 19th century, today the Clos is a monopoly of 1.5 ha of Gamay, property of the Perol family, it is entirely lined with sandstone walls, which at the time delimited the castle.
