This small-grain Gamay from vines of about forty years, flourishes on shale soils which gives the wines a finesse of aromas. Reasoned wine production is at the heart of their concerns. It consists of controlling the quantity of grapes on a vine (or the yield), its vigor and adapting the treatments to the strict health needs of the vine while respecting the environment.
