The cuvée Vetus Vinum of the Latin "Vin d'antan", comes from a parcel of gamay planted on an old quarry, sandstone and quartz floors, vinified without sulfur, and without inputs. Bottled very early to keep fruit and freshness in this authentic bottle. Gives a pure wine with aromas of infused red fruits.
