To the west of Mont Brouilly, the small village of St Etienne La Varenne, perched at an altitude of 400m, where my vines are located at mid-slope (425m) in a place called '' Combiaty '' with an exceptional terroir composed of sand and small pebbles of pink colors giving character and personality to this wine. It is by going to ''Combiaty'' that you will find, near one of my plots, a statue representing St Vincent, Patron of Winegrowers. It is with him that I watch, from my little cadole, over my 80-year-old vines and contemplate this magnificent panorama and this exceptional view going as far as the Alps.
