Very high density for this cuvée which has a rich and powerful substance. The force is in it but its power will yield, with a little maturity, in front of elegance. Discover now and again for 5 to 8 years. Cuvée made from Gamay noir vines with white juice of around 60 years of average age with a density of 10,000 vines/ha on deep carboniferous granite soils - Reasoned phytosanitary protection certified HVE III - no insecticides - manual harvesting at maturity optimal. Destemming 50% – semi-carbonic maceration with temperature control below 30°C for 14 days Delestages of 12 hours and Pigeages - Gentle pneumatic pressing. Aged in vats for 8 months before bottling.
