A small plot planted in 1945: this old vine located on the climat "Les Deschamps" allows Yohan to sign this beautiful confidential cuvée, borrowed from history, terroir and authenticity! Place called: “Les Deschamps”. Type of soil: Granite sand, manganese rock. Altitude: 200m. Exposure: South. Viticulture: Tillage in the spring, manual pruning. Vinification: Carbonic, Low temperature for the search for primary aromas, no inputs (neither So2 nor yeasts). Ageing: 10 months in barrels and oak tuns only.
