Tasting notes: We aim for viticulture that respects people and the terroir. The plots from which this cuvée comes are close to organic farming.
This cuvée, natural, develops a fairly wide aromatic palette, resulting from carbonic maceration and the diversity of indigenous yeasts. The melted tannins and the absence of filtration and sulphiting during bottling allow it to be appreciated from its first year.
After opening, do not let the bottle drain for several days because this wine is more sensitive to oxidation. This cuvée has been produced since 2013, under the impetus of the new generation, Arthur Fourneau and Pierre Prost, who arrived at the head of the estate in 2011.
