After his oenological studies, Thibaut had the opportunity to acquire different techniques abroad: United States and England. Back in Beaujolais, he joined the family business in 2014. With a plot of Pinot Noir, Thibaut set himself a challenge to take up in a region where Gamay is king. This blended cuvée was an opportunity to diversify by expanding the range of wines.
