Historically, the whites were not established on Chasselay. Franck therefore decided to plant Chardonnay in the 80s on Mont Verdun. Convinced that this grape variety would flourish on its soil, he wanted to diversify his range by offering this white Côteaux du Lyonnais As a lover of Burgundy, he works this cuvée "Burgundian style", the vinifications are made on the lees to bring it roundness and complexity.
