The “Clos de la Roue” is the quintessential expression of Gamay. The grapes come from the National Conservatory of Gamay which was created in 2006 in collaboration with SICAREX and INRA. More than 1100 kinds of Gamay from France and elsewhere are grouped together in this cuvée. The objective of this project is to recreate biodiversity that has disappeared until now following the massive uprooting carried out over several years.
