At this southern tip of the Mâconnais, this plot located on Mont Pouilly, opposite the famous Roche de Solutré, is the highest in our estate. The harvest is carried out regularly in the last days of the harvest campaign, which gives wines on freshness and minerality. The nose opens generously, but without exuberance, with sweet notes of candied fruit and mixed citrus. The perceived maturity is thus associated with an aromatic freshness, with a real delicacy in the mouth. The wine is structured, but still lively on the finish.
