This Chardonnay comes from a vine that is more than a century old. Besides, it was already old vines for Baptiste's grandmother. We have chosen to select vines with the chamber of agriculture to make our own grafts (mass selection) and thus preserve the particularity of this vine, which also has a slight muscat taste. It is harvested at full maturity and vinified with respect for the terroir that we have preserved through our daily work in organic farming.
