ORIGIN OF THE CUVÉE
This cuvée comes from a 50-year-old vine planted in high density at the ideal altitude of 250 meters. The plot faces north on a stony clay soil at a place called "Les Desroches". The only grape variety used to make this vintage is Gamay Noir with white juice, each foot produces only 50 centilitres. The granitic arena sands which constitute the majority of the soils have accumulated over time on the foothills of the hill. The 3 terroirs that make up this cuvée are called “Terres du Thé”, “Champagne” and “Les Deschamps”.
