From a plot of old vines, located in the heart of the hamlet of Pouilly and a top-of-the-range cuvée, from chalky clay soil. This wine looks great: an intense and complex aromatic palette. Open nose, fresh woody and mentholated, complex mouth, nice roundness, well balanced, on a very fresh finish.
