Exposed due east at mid-slope on so-called "Chouin" limestone. Here is a rich, mineral and very long wine, subtlety and finesse characterize this cuvée. “I would say a high class feminine wine. Vinified and aged in demi-muid for 5 years for 12 months, then 6 months in stainless steel vats.
