Precision guides my work in the vineyard and in the cellar. I like to act meticulously on my exceptional terroirs, located astride Pouilly and Fuissé. For me, there is no great wine without great grapes, I bet a lot on the soils which must remain alive. I cultivate and produce my wines with the same ethics since the beginning: concentration on the quality of the raw material to achieve great wines.
