As a fan of Crémant, we wanted to take up the challenge of producing it. Our philosophy, to offer a product with optimal maturity by emphasizing the quality of the product. A Blanc de Blanc made from Chardonnay grown in organic farming, for fine bubbles entirely made using the traditional method in our estate, on the borders of Burgundy. We master production from A to Z in a search for balance.
