Orange
Through my work, I’ve had the opportunity to taste many wines, and little by little, the idea took shape to create my own cuvée of orange wine.
After a trial at the estate in 2021, using a white Beaujolais vinified in a 700-litre terracotta jar, I felt the need in 2024 to produce a new cuvée in vats, named ‘Orange Mécanique’.

80% destemming, 14 days’ maceration with daily pumping over, followed by ageing in stainless steel vats
