Climate located on hillsides where our old Chardonnay vines grow in shallow limestone rock to express all the finesse and complexity of this terroir. The vinification in demi-muid (600L) contributes to the complexity and structure of this wine. The choice of the demi-muid was guided by the search for a greater aromatic neutrality of the oak in order to take advantage only of the micro-oxygenation brought by the porosity of the wood. We focused on oaks from the Vosges for more finesse.
