Our ‘Viré-Clessé’ are made from vines over 50 years old located in the town of Clessé (71260) on Bajocian-type clay-limestone soils. Planting density: 7000 vines/ha. Arched waist. Manual and mechanical harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole bunches, aging in vats and barrels for a minimum of 9 months. Slow and natural fermentation by the traditional method.
