When Chardonnay finds its favorite land in Beaujolais, it is a real delicacy, endowed with a beautiful youth. Locality: “Les Peloux” Type of soil: Of granite origin, relatively deep and sandy soil. Altitude: 150m. Exposure: South-East. Viticulture: Reasoned control. Vinification: Cold fermentation, pellicular maceration. Ageing: 3 to 6 months in vats.
