This Burgundy comes from a 1.55 hectare plot located at a place called “Les Thorains”. These vines have sentimental value because we planted them. When we settled 15 years ago, we fell in love with the geology of this plot, a limestone soil, like on the Viré-Clessé "Virolis", which is atypical for this appellation, which is at the origin in the Mâcon-Village appellation area.
