The vines planted on the hillsides are situated at an altitude of 300 metres and face south-east. I take particular care of this plot as the vines are on average 80 years old. This cuvée benefits from low yields and meticulous work, as I wish to bring out the best in this heritage and express the terroir as fully as possible. With just 1 hectare, I prioritise tradition whilst respecting the environment.
