The vines planted on hillsides are at an altitude of 300m facing south-east. I bring particular care to this parcel because the vines are on average 80 years old. A low yield and meticulous work for this cuvée because I want to sublimate this heritage and transcribe the terroir as much as possible. With only 1 hectare, I put forward the tradition in the respect of the environment.
