This Beaujolais is the signature wine of the Debourg family. They wanted to diversify their range by challenging themselves to make Beaujolais a great wine for laying down. The vines have been passed down from generation to generation for 80 years and special attention is brought to them to best sublimate the clay-limestone terroir.A small yield and aging in barrels for 10 months gives this wine a lot of elegance.The barrels are selected in Burgundy or Bordeaux and have already had 2 to 3 wines. A vintage tribute to Bruno's dad who was fond of aging in barrels.
