It was Robert's harvesters who baptized this cuvée. The slopes of Les Balloquets are indeed unforgivable for the pickers having to pick up the small bunches on a 40% slope. The steep slopes of the parcels of old vines (70 years old) facing south in Brouilly shelter flowers in the vines, here is the subtle harmony of Pollen. A refined pleasure reminiscent of the work of bees right down to its aromas (mead, gingerbread, wax). Future Premier Cru!
