These are picked by hand at full maturity, by a joyful and faithful troop of pickers. Robert Perroud is now a safe bet among these producers who honor Beaujolais and demonstrate the full potential of these wines. His credo focuses on promoting the terroirs, through the defense of traditional winemaking methods specific to Beaujolais. A work that he implements on his various wines, from plots very well located on the Côte de Brouilly and in Brouilly. "The human adventure is my main driving force, encounters and the sharing of passion constantly stimulate me. The creation of Terroirs Originels 15 years ago allowed me to fully invest myself in a fundamental dynamic: research excellence from the vine stock to the glass. What inspires me more than anything is nature, I like to feel in osmosis with it, I have moreover parcels in the south of Beaujolais certified "AB" that I planted with my brother."
