I am fortunate to work with plots on beautiful, steeply sloping hillsides, and I strive to produce wines with distinctive character and unique expression. This cuvée is made from three terroirs (Les Crots, Les Capitans and Les Chers) that have been carefully selected and blended for their complementary characteristics, including ‘Les Chers’, which consists of blue stone, lending the wine greater minerality and extra power.
