Our Moulin-à-Vent "Vielles Vignes" is a cuvée from a plot of land facing due east on the mid-slopes of Chénas. This exposure allows the vine to benefit from a maximum of sun. It is a group of parcels naturally delimited by a river, roads and houses. Its situation allows the work of the ground and thus a reduction in the number of inputs applied. Its old vines have a sentimental history because they are on land passed down from generation to generation.
