Emblematic cuvée of our domain because it is the first plots that Jules Guérin exploited. Today the estate is one of the most important producers in the “Aux Chailloux” climate. This magnificent non-calcareous clay soil made from rolled limestone is one of the most famous places in the appellation. This beautiful Pouilly 1er Cru expresses aromas of well-ripened yellow fruits, flowers... complete mouth: fleshy, opulent, oily and well tense by a beautiful minerality
