Location: “La Croix du Bois”. Type of soil: clay-limestone, fossil stones, golden stone, shallow soil. Altitude: 351m. Exposure: South-East. Viticulture: Reasoned control, partial grass cover.
Vinification: Long vatting. Ageing: 1 year in oak barrels (1 to 8 wines). Agriculture: Sustainable agriculture, use of natural fertilizers, planting under grass cover and developing biodiversity in the vines. Vinification: Whole bunch maceration for 15 days in concrete vats. Aging: Aged for 9 months in wooden vats called "foudre" Beaujolais. Clarification: Slight filtration.
