Manu Fellot today operates with his wife Nadège and his three daughters, twenty hectares of vines between the hill of Brouilly and the valley of Nizerand. Living in "Pierres Dorées" in an area at the confluence of woods, vines and meadows, his estate and its beautiful luminous stones exude tradition. A farmer at heart, the steep hillsides, the cultivation of vines and aromatic plants are part of his daily life, he also raises rustic cows, 100% outdoors! To perpetuate the family history and pay tribute to the family property, Manu Fellot also operates the Château de Pierre Filant. In the family since the beginning of the 19th century, the castle is located in the idyllic setting of the Nizerand valley in the heart of the forest. The Fellot family is committed to respecting tradition and the environment. They work with restructured vines and in agroecology for a beautiful biodiversity in the vines and around: "We sow cereals, clover, flowers between the rows of vines to bring diversity, attract bees... And we dig ponds , plant hedges, set up birdhouses around the vines to encourage wildlife”.
