La Ronze is a little hill located in the Cru Regnie, the prince of Beaujolais as it is the latest appellation born in 1988. According to recent analysis of soils made in the region, Regnie has the most presence of granite in its underground. A lot of fruit due to the Gamay varietal and a nice minerality from the terroir.

Try it with summer salads, sea food and fishes, pasta, cheese or even grilled white or red meat.
