The AOP Bourgogne Gamay owes its name to Gamay Noir, the great grape variety of southern Burgundy. We work with restructured vines and in agroecology for a beautiful biodiversity in the vines and around. We sow cereals, clover, flowers between the rows of vines to bring diversity, attract bees... And we dig ponds, plant hedges, set up birdhouses around the vines to encourage wildlife.
