Trying to produce a certified organic Brouilly wine had become obvious to us. In 2003, when we bought this plot near Cercié, we replanted it with the aim of producing a wine with complete respect for nature and therefore converting it to Organic Farming. Locality: “La Pente” Type of soil: Stony soil Altitude: 250m Exposure: South Viticulture: Certified organic viticulture and agroecology Vinification: Carbonic maceration Ageing: Aging in old barrels for 9 months. Clarification: Light filtration before bottling.
