Saint-Amour is the most northern Beaujolais Cru, located in southern Burgundy. "Grain de folie" is the assembly of three places called "En Paradis", "A La Folie" and "Au Bonnet". This plot belonged to my grandfather, who was both a baker and a winemaker in the village. Beaujolais is a few steps away and is part of Greater Burgundy, it was a challenge for me to work with another grape variety. With this cuvée, I like to seek finesse and delicacy to offer you the ideal wine for an aperitif with friends.
