ORIGIN OF THE CUVÉE
The ‘Terres Blanches’ are complex soils of pink granite and white clay on which the Chardonnay thrives. The vines are situated at an altitude of 280 metres and face 360 meters.
Cultivation method
The vineyards are managed using agroecological methods. Cereals, clover, flowers and other vegetation grow alongside the rows of vines to promote biodiversity.

Winemaking
One-third aged in barrels and two-thirds in stainless steel vats, with six months’ ageing followed by blending of the cuvée
