This Burgundy climate, made up of clay soil, is located in the heart of the Viré-Clessé appellation. During a tasting, the velvety material seizes your taste buds. The vinification in demi-muid (600L) contributes to the complexity and structure of this wine. The choice of the demi-muid was guided by the search for a greater aromatic neutrality of the oak in order to benefit only from the micro-oxygenation brought by the porosity of the wood. We focused on oaks from the Vosges for more finesse.
